I.S.T.D Ballet Classes
Ballet is a traditional and beautiful style of dance.
Using the ISTD grading system we work our way through the syllabus
developing strength, flexibility, technique and performance.
This classical training provides the essentials for what is needed to be a ballet dancer.

I.S.T.D Tap Classes
Tap is a rhythmical percussive and exciting form of dance.
We explore the different rhythms and sounds we can create
using our feet whilst performing in different styles.
Originally Tap dance was theatrical as seen in musicals, but over time it has developed to become more urban.
Using the
ISTD grading syllabus, we get to experience both!

I.S.T.D Modern Classes
Mini Musicals Introduces the combination of
Singing, Dancing and Acting which is found in Musical Theatre.
Students are introduced to Musical Theatre training through carefully designed
Games, Tasks and Activities,
including mini performance pieces to put the above into practice.

Street Dance Classes
In Street Dance we begin our focus on the foundations and grooves of
Hip Hop and other styles of Street.
We work with each individual by separating them into groups to teach them various
Styles, Tricks, Musicality, Performance
and more at their own levels.
Our aim is to make everyone feel comfortable and have the freedom to explore their own way of moving within the
street dance style.

We explore the various styles it has to offer such as
Lyrical, Fosse, Commercial, and so many more!
It develops Technique, Strength and Flexibilty so Students can Kick, Leap, Turn and Perform to the best
of their ability.
Musical Theatre Classes
Musical Theatre Combines
Acting, Singing, Dancing and Improvisation
Through fun carefully designed games and activities
and
developing them into Choreographic and Performance
based scenarios.

Acro (Acrobatic Arts) Classes
Acro Acrobatic arts combines the Tumbling of Gymnastics and the Technique and lines of Dance, mixing both together to
create beautiful pieces of art.
Using a progress system, we learn a set of skills at one level before progressing onto the next skill linking to the
next.
Acro is a safe environment for each dancer to develop their
Acro skills at their own pace whilst having fun doing so!
Beginners Contemporary
Contemporary dance embodies Ballet, Modern, Jazz and
Lyrical dance.
It uses a technique such as Ballet as its fundamentals and creates many more movements that do not adhere
to the strict rules of Ballet and Modern.
There are different categories of contemporary dance
such as Contemporary Ballet and Contemporary Jazz.
Drama/Lamda
Explore and develop your acting ability in our fun
Speech and Drama classes,
Students can learn to release their inhibitions and enter a world of Creativity and Escapism.
For those wishing to take exams there is also the option to enter recognised London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art exams
